Responsibilities

• Collect business and functional needs from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business representatives and product leads during requirements gathering.
• Create documentation such as goal models, functional diagrams, business workflows, user interaction designs, and high-level user requirements including epics and user stories.
• Analyze applications before and after deployment.
• Support process evaluations or pre-sales activities related to RFI, RFP, and proposal responses.
• Lead analytical sessions involving both business and technical teams to address current and future business demands.
• Quickly grasp organizational and industry-specific business challenges and data complexities.
• Advise on system capabilities and constraints in relation to business objectives.
• Be capable of fulfilling the responsibilities of a Product Owner.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses and opportunity evaluations for proposed initiatives.
• Ensure alignment among stakeholders on business needs, system specifications, program functions, and strategic direction.
• Develop use cases and formalize requirements documentation.
• Guide technology and process solution implementations from initial concept through delivery.
• Support project management, application development, and quality assurance teams across all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Serve as a bridge between IT and non-technical departments.
• Help monitor and maintain project timelines and milestones.
• Review customer data and assign leads to appropriate sales personnel.
• Maintain a solid understanding of client accounts, databases, and ongoing business initiatives.
• Possess working knowledge of SharePoint 2013, particularly its standard features.
• Demonstrate familiarity with the record center functionality in SharePoint 2013.
