Responsibilities
- Guide and support your team(s) for the entire season.
- Assemble a full roster of players by the season's start, including conducting competitive tryouts if needed.
- Coach your team(s) to achieve a winning record, aiming for postseason participation and excellence.
- Verify that all players maintain academic eligibility and success throughout the season.
- Plan and communicate regular practice and game schedules in coordination with the Athletic Director.
- Manage and distribute team equipment and uniforms at the start and end of the season.
- Arrange and run offseason conditioning, training, and clinics for both team members and the community.
- Follow all MHSAA policies and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Lansing School District mission.
Compensation
$1,877 - $8,919 one-time Stipend depends on co-curricular amount associated with the sport per the LSEA contract
