Requirements
- Achieve and exceed Weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive relationships with clients/home owners
- Convert incoming inquiries into booked appointments and sales leads
- Demonstrate mastery of advanced camera technology and sewer/drain diagnostic tools
- Underground drainage knowledge (ie: how they work, how they are maintained and how/why they fail)
- Understanding of traditional plumbing sewer excavation, sewer relining, pipe bursting and hydrojetting
