Responsibilities
- Comply with the organization's Code of Business Conduct.
- Follow all applicable Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and workplace safety protocols.
- Collaborate with senior technicians across various maintenance areas to develop a broad, multi-disciplinary skill set in skilled trades, supporting career progression to advanced technician roles.
- Carry out preventive and on-demand maintenance tasks, and assist in predictive maintenance initiatives.
- Engage in vocational development to expand expertise across multiple maintenance disciplines.
