Tailor is hiring a SET (Software Engineer in Test) for its Professional Service, a role dedicated to driving client success from a quality perspective. You will improve development productivity and product quality by understanding project specifications, implementing automated testing, and enhancing CI/CD processes.

What You'll Do

• Formulate quality assurance strategy and build teams in line with Tailor's business growth.
• Promote test efficiency and automation.
• Review and improve specifications within the development process.
• Design and execute tests and report bugs.
• Improve the overall development process.

What We're Looking For

• Interest in product quality assurance and building QA systems.
• Knowledge and experience in software testing.
• Ability to formulate test strategies including automated testing.
• Skills and experience in implementing, introducing, or operating test automation.

Nice to Have

• Development experience with software products.
• Experience building test environments or knowledge of CD/CI.
• Development experience with SaaS products.
• Development experience with platforms.
• Experience improving processes in projects.
• Experience with Agile development.
• Experience using tools such as Postman, Cypress, Selenium, JEST, or Storybook.

• Monitoring: Datadog
• Testing & Tools: Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, JEST, Vitest, GitHub Copilot

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: 8,000,000 to 15,000,000 JPY
• Desk PC, monitor, and other equipment provided.
