Responsibilities
- Monitor daily subservicer tasks including billing, payment processing, reconciliations, adjustments, and account upkeep
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of subservicer transaction execution
- Detect errors, patterns, and missed service level agreements; escalate with documented evidence
- Ensure internal standards are consistently met by subservicer activities
- Lead operational support during investor and regulatory audits
- Extract and verify necessary documentation, transaction logs, and account data for audit purposes
- Conduct payment tracing and validate transaction details to fulfill audit requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet audit deadlines and respond to inquiries
- Identify and analyze mismatches between servicing systems and financial records
- Work with subservicers and internal teams to resolve reconciliation gaps
- Confirm corrections are applied and systems are properly aligned
- Track repeated issues and escalate for root cause analysis and resolution
- Review audit results, servicing exceptions, and identified deficiencies
- Prepare and assist in challenging audit findings when justified
- Supply data-supported justifications and relevant documentation
- Coordinate with management on high-priority or systemic problems
- Ensure compliance with servicing policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Support internal quality assurance initiatives and control testing
- Recognize control weaknesses and report potential risks
- Analyze trends in subservicer errors, audit outcomes, or reconciliation failures
- Suggest enhancements to operational processes
- Assist in implementing and verifying corrective actions

MXN $140.25/hour
