Responsibilities
- Create and manage customized training programs aligned with diverse product lines and customer-specific solutions.
- Deliver practical expertise on product functionality, setup, upkeep, and performance optimization for various offerings.
- Establish uniform production and assembly protocols, ensuring compliance with quality standards across manufacturing sites.
- Deliver on-site training, skill development, and performance evaluations for technicians to ensure proficiency in installation and troubleshooting.
- Design and refine training and evaluation materials focused on product selection, setup, and maintenance for service personnel.
- Collect and communicate improvement suggestions to departments such as Product Development and Product Management.
- Provide technical input to product development teams to aid in expanding and refining the product portfolio.
- Work closely with suppliers to maintain quality, identify enhancements, and ensure product consistency.
- Bridge communication between supplier networks and product management to advance quality and innovation.
- Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels of products across regional distribution points.
- Support the establishment and operational setup of assembly hubs.
- Offer ongoing support to assembly units in building and improving training for fabrication and assembly staff.
- Conduct site visits and provide support across all business sectors to reinforce understanding of company value propositions.
- Promote and support the full range of belt cleaning products and services across all industries served.
- Serve as a technical expert for company products in coordination with sales and service teams.
- Help sales leadership refine customer engagement and sales execution methods.
- Support the preparation and management of tenders and contractual agreements.
- Contribute to the development and execution of advertising and social media content plans.
- Assist in building and managing product sales strategies across the APAC region.
- Advise on growth opportunities with clients in the belt cleaning components segment.
- Support strategies for product availability tailored to different customer segments.
- Contribute to the formulation of strategic goals, sales frameworks, and action plans across all sectors.
- Encourage cross-sector collaboration and information sharing on sales prospects.
- Assist in defining sales budgets and targets for business verticals as needed.
- Provide ongoing support for tender submissions and on-site testing activities across APAC.
