Responsibilities
- Create and sustain reusable Service Portal widgets with high interactivity directly from initial concepts
- Convert wireframes and Figma layouts into responsive, accurate portal interfaces using Bootstrap and CSS/SASS
- Handle configuration of portal elements such as search sources, themes, navigation menus, headers, footers, and CSS integrations
- Develop optimized client-side logic using AngularJS, server-side scripts in JavaScript with GlideRecord, and functional link scripts
- Enable advanced functionalities including live data refresh, adaptive forms, and background data retrieval via GlideAjax
- Guarantee that all portal content and custom components function seamlessly across mobile devices and tablets
- Diagnose and fix performance issues related to page loading speed, widget rendering delays, and browser inconsistencies
