Responsibilities
- Monitor platform performance, usage metrics, and regulatory compliance for ServiceNow and its integrated applications.
- Support the creation and upkeep of technical documentation, standard operating procedures, policies, and internal processes.
- Evaluate how ServiceNow functionality can improve client operations and configure the system to deliver quantifiable efficiency gains.
- Manage coordination of application updates and platform version upgrades.
- Design and implement system integrations and automated workflows to streamline operations.
- Set up and manage service-level agreements, service catalog entries, and related workflow configurations.
- Deliver ongoing administrative support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the ServiceNow environment and connected tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to enhance core platform features in alignment with ITIL guidelines.
- Provide comprehensive operations and maintenance support for all ServiceNow modules and custom-built applications according to release timelines.
