Responsibilities
- Perform on-site maintenance and service for parking and access control systems in the Greater Toronto Area
- Support a diverse range of hardware and software products
- Troubleshoot and operate across multiple operating systems and networking environments
- Deliver technical assistance for both clients and fellow field service personnel
- Occasionally assist in installing advanced parking, revenue, and access control systems under project leadership
