Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of responsibility for service delivery to clients in the DACH region, acting as the primary liaison during implementation and ongoing operations
- Set and manage priorities for delivery activities across the DACH market, guiding decision-making processes
- Lead high-level client communications and handle escalated issues with a focus on timely resolution and clear reporting
- Take full ownership of delivery performance for all active projects within the region
- Ensure projects meet governance standards, are risk-aware, and achieve defined KPIs from start to finish
- Supervise critical project phases including system launch, immediate post-launch support, and production stability
- Monitor financial aspects of delivery, focusing on cost control and margin preservation
- Plan and coordinate regional resource capacity and workforce distribution
- Drive improvements at the market level and support the evolution of global delivery practices
- Directly lead and manage the regional delivery team, accountable for their output and effectiveness
- Lead people-related responsibilities such as performance reviews, training initiatives, and regulatory compliance
- Establish clear expectations, roles, and objectives while promoting accountability and ongoing operational improvement
