Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle delivery of data ingestion service packages, from initiation and scope definition to execution and smooth transition to post-launch teams
Define project scope by assessing customer data sources, formats, ownership, and quality, while coordinating with partners on viable solutions
Establish realistic timelines in collaboration with customers and internal teams, manage dependencies, and ensure accountability to milestones with transparent adjustments when needed
Monitor service hours and financial budgets, forecast usage, and manage change requests to prevent overruns and protect profitability and client relationships
Identify potential risks such as data gaps or delays, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues promptly

Part of the Customer Data Services team, collaborating closely with Data Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Sustainability Data Advisors
