Responsibilities
- Serve as the main client liaison for the service center, resolving inquiries and handling concerns promptly
- Ensure facility operations comply with environmental, health, and safety standards
- Oversee staff assignments and coordinate transportation logistics for sample collection and delivery
- Support business growth by managing client projects and aiding sales teams in achieving targets
- Procure necessary materials, analyze financial performance, control expenses, and improve operational efficiency
- Stay current with testing methodologies, sample holding times, and project-specific criteria
- Engage in professional networking through industry events and market monitoring to identify new business prospects
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management

Responsibilities
- Primary point of client contact for the service center, address any client issues or questions
- Maintain the facility and uphold company EH&S policies
- Manage personnel and schedule Courier/Field Sampler pick-ups and deliveries, as needed
- Business development – manage projects and assist Account Executives with meeting sales initiatives
- Order supplies, track revenue, monitor costs and reduce inefficiencies at the service center
- Maintain knowledge of method requirements, holding times and project requirements.
- Networking – attend industry events, conferences and trade shows. Monitor local market trends, capitalize on opportunities to bring in new business, visit clients. Be aware of local competition and pricing.
