About the Role
This role involves delivering high-quality service support across various remote sites in Western Australia, focusing on cleanliness, customer interaction, and operational assistance within a structured FIFO roster.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and orderly service areas including dining and communal spaces
- Assist in food service operations during meal periods
- Support setup and breakdown of function areas as needed
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols consistently
- Respond promptly to service requests from staff and residents
- Stock supplies and restock service stations regularly
- Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
- Adhere to FIFO work schedule with 2 weeks on, 1 week off rotation
- Work across various remote sites in Western Australia as assigned
- Engage in ongoing training and skill development programs
- Follow company policies on conduct, safety, and service standards
- Assist team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures correctly
- Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations
- Maintain professional demeanor in all interactions
Compensation
Competitive pay rate plus allowances for remote work and FIFO conditions
Work Arrangement
Full-time, fly-in fly-out with 2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule
