Responsibilities
- Direct the creation and integration of significant gameplay features and backend systems
- Deliver technical contributions through active coding, system administration, and broader engineering duties
- Supervise and mentor engineering staff, offering performance insights and guidance on documentation practices
- Build scalable systems using clear, sustainable, and thoroughly documented code
- Partner with project leads and production teams to define deliverables, milestones, and align technical execution with creative goals
- Ensure the stability and security of online services operating in both cloud and local infrastructure
- Create and maintain tools that empower non-engineering teams to efficiently develop content and manage live services
- Support incident management during standard business hours, with occasional after-hours and weekend on-call duties as needed
