Responsibilities
- Transform business goals and market potential into strategic SEO plans focused on growth, scalability, and risk management
- Track industry developments and perform continuous search and competitive analysis to shape and refine regional SEO strategies
- Implement optimization projects and audits across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, prioritizing efforts by performance, efficiency, and business impact
- Monitor SEO performance and provide actionable insights through reporting on Organic Search and Discoverability metrics to regional management and local marketing teams
- Work with local teams to integrate best practices in Organic Search and content discoverability, including entity optimization, topical authority, and E-E-A-T principles
- Oversee external agencies and freelance contributors, ensuring high return on investment, quality output, and measurable results
- Identify potential SEO threats early and take proactive steps to safeguard brand integrity and domain health
- Support organizational growth by contributing to shared knowledge, documentation, and SEO best practices
