Jobgether is hiring an SEO Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our organic search campaigns. In this role, you will focus on both local and franchise SEO initiatives across multiple locations, shaping our processes and influencing the online presence of our clients.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage content and SEO strategies tailored to multi-location and franchise clients.
- Oversee the implementation of linking strategies and on-page optimization for client websites.
- Conduct technical site audits, provide actionable recommendations, and support website SEO improvements.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting on rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and other departments to demonstrate SEO impact to clients.
- Mentor and support SEO team members, streamlining processes to improve campaign performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of SEO projects within budget, resolving potential impediments proactively.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in SEO strategy and campaign implementation.
- Proven expertise in local and franchise SEO management.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in managing multi-location and national SEO programs.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, link-building strategies, and content optimization.
- Strategic planning and execution capabilities for complex SEO challenges.
- Experience with project management and cross-department collaboration.
- Commitment to staying updated on SEO trends, tools, and best practices.
