Responsibilities
- Oversee several client accounts and provide prompt responses to marketing inquiries.
- Conduct monthly client check-ins to review marketing strategy progress and improvements.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Google Data Studio, and Lighthouse Tool to deliver client results.
- Troubleshoot unfamiliar issues through external research and collaboration with colleagues.
- Partner with clients in a consulting capacity to identify opportunities for expanding the agency relationship.
- Present to stakeholders at the CEO, CMO, Director, and Manager levels.
- Lead the internal client team to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables aligned with client expectations.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues on client websites.

Compensation
Base salary of $70,000 - $85,000; monthly $100 health insurance stipend if opting out of company plan; eligible for performance-based bonus ($0 - $16,000/year, target $8,000); additional quarterly bonus for client account growth after 90 days ($0 - $8,000/quarter, $0 - $32,000/year); annual team performance bonus ($0 - $4,000/year); estimated year one earnings: $85,000 - $110,000.

A Day In This Role
Engage in phone calls with client CEOs or CMOs to review monthly marketing and lead data; develop a six-month content strategy for a client website, secure client approval, and present it to the internal account team; collaborate with clients to troubleshoot unfamiliar SEO issues requiring critical problem-solving; propose ways to accelerate client progress through expanded engagement.
