AlexStaff Agency is partnering with a leading U.S.-based edtech company to find a Senior/Middle Ruby on Rails Developer. This fully remote position offers you the chance to join a stable, collaborative, and impact-driven team at a company that has been operating since the early 2000s.

What You'll Do

Participate in all aspects of the application development lifecycle, from specifications and prototyping to deployment and operations.
Develop and modify internal and external software as part of a team of engineers.
Ensure quality through practical checks and automated tests.
Support the team’s day-to-day work by troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
3+ years of application and API development experience.
Hands-on experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
Proficiency with Git or other source code control systems.
Availability to work 12:00–20:00 (GMT+2, Kyiv time).
Ability to work on a B2B cooperation basis is mandatory.
Language proficiency: Ukrainian/Russian C1+ and English B2+.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of modern web development technologies such as PHP, JavaScript, REST web services, and MySQL.
