Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments following best practices, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
- Administer and troubleshoot core Windows services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO), resolving complex issues through root cause analysis.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support within ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Execute patching, upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management while maintaining system stability and compliance.
- Monitor, optimize, and secure infrastructure using enterprise tools, ensuring performance, capacity planning, and adherence to security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and automate operational tasks using scripting and IaC tools to improve efficiency and reliability.

- Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
- VMware, Hyper-V
- PowerShell (automation, scripting)
- Monitoring & logging: SCOM, Azure Monitor, Event Viewer, Sysmon, SIEM
- Backup solutions: Commvault, Windows Server Backup
- Security: Windows Firewall, GPO security baselines, PKI / Certificate Services
