Tharp Ventures is hiring a Senior Web & Landing Page Designer to create high-performing, conversion-focused pages for our client brands. You’ll work directly with leadership in a fully remote role with a 4-day work week, focusing on impactful design that drives real business results.

What You'll Do

Directly support the agency Founder, Lead Strategists, and client CMOs in executing landing page design projects.
Proactively generate page design ideas that align with the brand and drive performance.
Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and developers to bring pages to life.
Function as a team player, focusing on serving the best interests of the client and brand.

What We're Looking For

A genuine excitement for marketing.
Proven experience designing conversion-focused landing pages (direct response, e-commerce, and lead gen).
Proficiency in Figma and experience creating design systems that translate seamlessly into development.
Understanding of conversion principles, UX best practices, and mobile-first design.
Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for working with home, health & wellness brands.

Nice to Have

Agency experience.
Experience designing full websites in addition to landing pages.
Experience collaborating with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) testing or tools.

You will support the agency Founder and Lead Strategists, working directly with key stakeholders on client projects.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $2,250 per month to start.
$250 monthly wellness stipend.
Flexible work schedule.
4 Day Work Week (9am - 6pm EST Monday - Thursday).
Eligibility for quarterly bonuses after 6 months of successful work.
