About the Role
This role involves leading visual design efforts to deliver innovative, brand-aligned digital experiences. The designer will create high-fidelity concepts, contribute to design systems, prototype interactions, mentor others, and collaborate across disciplines to solve business challenges through design.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement refined visual designs and concepts that align with brand standards and address business objectives, covering elements such as typography, layout, interface components, logos, and branding across multiple platforms and screen sizes.
- Design and present detailed visual concepts and directions as part of the creative workflow, including active involvement in ideation sessions, offering original ideas, and communicating concepts through sketches, storyboards, mood boards, and reference materials.
- Maintain a high level of quality in design execution, presentation, collaboration methods, and professional conduct with both internal teams and clients.
- Stay informed about emerging AI applications, design trends, and methodologies, and proactively advocate for and integrate innovative practices into workflows.
- Bring designs to life using interactive prototypes and motion, with proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma and AI-powered design platforms, focusing on motion within user interactions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, brand guidelines, and other documentation to clearly communicate the intended user experience and prepare assets for technical implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional team members including UX designers, strategists, copywriters, creative directors, developers, and fellow visual designers.
- Foster strong, productive relationships across internal teams and client organizations, with a focus on collaboration within the design team.
- Guide and support junior designers through mentorship and contribute to cultivating a vibrant, growth-oriented design culture.
