Foundry is hiring a Senior Vice President & General Manager, Commercial Operations

Responsibilities

  • Act as General Manager for the Commercial Operations division, overseeing operational performance, customer success, and long-term value generation.
  • Lead strategy and implementation for a global team managing around $100 million in yearly revenue.
  • Develop and execute a long-term operational roadmap spanning all commercial delivery areas.
  • Identify avenues to enhance capabilities, scalability, and market differentiation.
  • Build a modern operating model that aligns growth, customer experience, profitability, and efficiency.
  • Ensure successful execution of all client obligations across demand generation, content syndication, advertising, marketing services, and data-driven offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to boost revenue, retention, and account growth.
  • Create operational frameworks that consistently deliver measurable results for customers.
  • Enforce accountability for campaign performance, lead quality, client satisfaction, renewal preparedness, and overall customer success.
  • Maintain high standards of operational excellence across customer-facing delivery functions.
  • Work with the Chief Revenue Officer to ensure commercial promises are achievable, scalable, profitable, and effective for clients.
  • Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to enhance campaign performance, customer engagement, audience insights, and market-facing results.
  • Coordinate with Product, Technology, Data, Finance, and Customer Success leaders to align business goals with operational delivery.
  • Serve as the key link between commercial strategy and on-the-ground execution across the organization.
  • Set world-class standards for operations, governance, service levels, and quality assurance.
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, responsiveness, quality, and profitability.
  • Drive transformation efforts in automation, AI integration, workflow modernization, and scalable delivery models.
  • Design operational systems that support growth without increasing costs proportionally.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and accountability throughout the team.
  • Manage Data Operations and Performance Analytics as core strategic functions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, governance, and scalability of audience, prospect, and intelligence data assets.
  • Build frameworks that maximize the value of first-party data, audience insights, and intent-based tools.
  • Work with Product and Technology teams to improve data use, measurement approaches, and AI-driven decisions.
  • Establish performance metrics that track campaign impact, customer outcomes, and business results.
  • Oversee the operational performance of a business unit generating approximately $100 million in annual revenue.
