Responsibilities
- Analyze public sector AI initiatives and agency-specific challenges such as delays in benefits processing, procurement inefficiencies, public safety planning, or permitting workflows. Use expertise in enterprise software and government operations to design tailored, impactful solutions.
- Lead technical engagements throughout the government customer journey, from initial discovery and RFP support to post-sale implementation guidance, ensuring solutions deliver promised outcomes and adoption.
- Participate in innovation events and internal sprints to rapidly prototype solutions for complex, legacy government processes using advanced AI capabilities.
- Enable transformation in public agencies by guiding the shift from manual, document-driven workflows to dynamic, AI-powered processes using intelligent automation and real-time insights.
- Design and deploy secure, scalable proof-of-value projects involving large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agent systems, integrated with government data sources and identity management under strict compliance standards.
- Act as a recognized expert in state and local government operations, sharing deep technical and procedural knowledge across teams and shaping best practices for public sector engagements.
