LINE MAN Wongnai is hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer (Korea Based)

Responsibilities

  • Create visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces that ensure smooth user interactions.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research through to final delivery, including prototyping and research as required.
  • Influence product direction by suggesting data-informed solutions that improve both user satisfaction and business performance.
  • Evaluate and refine design work using a mix of qualitative insights and quantitative metrics.
  • Lead design reviews and collect input from team members and stakeholders to enhance design quality.
  • Proactively question and shape project requirements instead of passively accepting initial briefs.
  • Champion optimal user experiences by clearly communicating design value to decision-makers.
  • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and business teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Guide junior designers and promote advancements in UX/UI practices, including accessibility, motion design, data integration, and design processes.
