Responsibilities
- Drive UX and UI work from concept to final delivery
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces
- Own and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
- Design user experiences where AI is a meaningful and integrated component
- Ensure clarity, usability, and trust in AI-related interactions and flows
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and client stakeholders
- Work with developers in agile teams to ensure designs are implementation-ready
- Facilitate and contribute to workshops with clients and internal teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working across both UX and UI
- Hands-on experience working with AI in digital products, for example:
- - Designing AI-supported features or user flows
- - Working in projects where AI is part of the end-user experience
- - Using AI tools in a structured and repeatable way in your design process
- Strong experience working with design systems in scalable environments
- Excellent ability to translate concepts into concrete, high-quality interfaces
- Experience working closely with developers and understanding technical constraints
- Strong ability to structure and clarify requirements end-to-end
- A pragmatic, confident, and collaborative mindset
- Solid experience with Figma or similar tools
- Experience working with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- You are fluent in Swedish

- Experience conducting user testing in fast-paced environments
- Data-driven design experience
- Experience with complex flows (e.g. e-commerce, booking)
