  • Incorporate research findings into iterative UX improvements to ensure intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Use research and analytics to validate design decisions and measure success.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, copy, account, and development teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions.
  • Serve as a key advisor to creative teams on accessibility and compliance standards.
  • Act as a critical bridge between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Navigate regulated review workflows, such as MLR or PRB, by designing in a way that anticipates and supports the review process.
  • Confidently present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulate design choices and their strategic impact on user outcomes and business goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and design discussions, telling a compelling story through your work.
  • Comfortably integrate AI tools into the design process to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, content drafting, prototyping, and documentation while maintaining strong craft, critical judgment, and quality control.
  • Stay curious about emerging AI capabilities and help the team identify where they add genuine value to UX outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of UX or product design experience, including leading design on projects end to end.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating full-lifecycle UX work, including research, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and shipped experiences across responsive web and interactive platforms.

  • Deep working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 AA) and inclusive design practices.
  • Solid grasp of visual design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, and hierarchy.
