As a Senior UX Designer, you'll play a key role in transforming how IT administrators, security analysts, and engineering teams interact with critical asset and risk intelligence. Your designs will simplify complex data environments, making actionable insights accessible and understandable across hybrid infrastructures.
What You'll Do
You’ll lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring user needs remain central to product evolution. Translate technical requirements into clear, functional interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.
Conduct user research and usability testing to guide decisions, using both qualitative feedback and behavioral data. Develop information architecture and interaction models that scale with growing product complexity. Champion design best practices across teams and help mature the organization’s UX capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of UX design experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems, particularly with enterprise data-heavy applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or comparable design tools
- Experience creating interactive prototypes and conducting user testing
- Solid grasp of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
- Strong communication skills with a track record of collaborating across technical and non-technical roles
- A portfolio that illustrates your design thinking, process, and problem-solving in complex domains
