Join a research and development team in Basel as a Senior UX Designer, shaping digital experiences for financial services. This role leads the full design lifecycle—from initial research and concept development to final implementation and evaluation—within a secure, enterprise-grade engagement platform.
What You’ll Do
- Own the complete UX process, guiding projects from early discovery through design, development, and validation
- Turn intricate workflows and technical requirements into clear, user-centered interfaces for diverse user groups
- Conduct customer interviews and field research to uncover real-world challenges and opportunities
- Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts to evaluate usability and inform design decisions
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to deliver solutions that balance user needs with technical feasibility
- Ensure all designs meet high standards for responsiveness, accessibility, and consistency across devices
- Strengthen and expand the organization’s design system to support long-term scalability
- Coach and support other designers, promoting best practices and a culture of continuous improvement
