Unblu Inc. is seeking a Senior UX Designer in Basel to join our R&D team. This is a senior, independent contributor role for a full-stack designer who will own end-to-end UX initiatives, shaping the future of digital engagement within our international, innovation-savvy company.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes, from discovery and ideation through delivery, implementation, and validation.
- Translate complex concepts into intuitive, usable experiences for multiple personas.
- Influence product decisions using UX best practices, established design patterns, and research insights.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to design solutions that are effective, efficient, feasible, and scalable.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and gather insights to apply to the product.
- Develop usability test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
- Ensure designs are responsive, adaptive, accessible, and consistent across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Contribute to and help scale design systems, patterns, and guidelines.
- Mentor and guide other designers, fostering growth, collaboration, and design excellence within the team.
