About the Role
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to uncover user needs, influence product strategy, and create intuitive, user-centered experiences across key product areas by turning insights into effective design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Shape the UX vision and lead execution across critical product interfaces, partnering with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to deliver unified, high-impact experiences aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end design for complex initiatives, maintaining exceptional design quality and delivering smooth, intuitive user interactions.
- Advance user understanding through research and insight development, guiding product decisions with actionable findings.
- Work closely with teams across disciplines to contribute to strategic conversations on product direction, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring user-centered design principles guide decisions from concept to delivery.
