Autodesk Inc. is hiring a Senior User Experience Designer – Marketing Experiences to shape how customers discover, evaluate, activate, and adopt our products. In this strategic, hands-on role, you will combine systems thinking, experimentation rigor, and design excellence to drive measurable business outcomes across top-of-funnel and product experiences.
What You'll Do
- Design and support end-to-end design initiatives that drive measurable impact across the marketing funnel.
- Define and evolve ecosystem-aware experience strategies that strengthen Autodesk’s multi-product customer journey.
- Design within complex, ambiguous problem spaces, bringing clarity to opportunity framing, solution direction, and execution.
- Partner with product on hypothesis-led experimentation and continuous optimization.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by facilitating cross-functional collaboration to solve complex design challenges.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience.
- Proven experience designing growth-focused initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong fluency in product and growth metrics.
- Advanced interaction design and prototyping skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Autodesk or comparable competitive products.
- Experience in organizations with mature experimentation practices.
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools.
- Experience designing AI-powered interfaces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design or related field.
Team & Environment
This role reports to the Senior Manager of Experience Design for Marketing Experiences.
Benefits & Compensation
- Starting base salary between $106,000 and $189,970 for U.S.-based roles.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located within the United States.
