Responsibilities
- Direct comprehensive UX design initiatives, covering user research, system evaluation, and architectural planning.
- Oversee the development lifecycle of multiple digital platforms across various clients in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
- Guide end-to-end user research and data analysis to shape accessible and user-friendly web interfaces and interactive applications.
- Work closely with federal sector engineers and government clients to develop intuitive, visually compelling digital solutions for public sector use.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, and navigation maps to illustrate interface concepts and user flows for digital products.
- Design reusable, scalable design assets that support team collaboration and growth of internal creative capabilities.
