Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 to 8 years of experience in injection mold design, construction, or build oversight for automotive interior trim parts such as floor consoles, instrument panels, or door components
- Proven involvement in past program launches of interior trim components
- Strong time and project management abilities
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office and general computer applications, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Skilled in rapid problem resolution and identifying potential risks to program timelines
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively
- Capable of working independently without direct supervision, particularly during off-site assignments
- Able to collaborate within a launch team and interact effectively across all organizational levels while maintaining personal accountability

- Must be able to work as a member of the launch team, be proficient at working with all levels of the organization, while maintaining a sense of individual accountability and responsibility
