What You'll Do
- Deliver hands-on clinical and technical support to physicians and medical staff during electrophysiology procedures using the Affera Navigation System
- Assist in cardiac catheterization labs across the region, ensuring optimal use of the full product portfolio
- Lead training sessions and educational events for healthcare providers, enhancing proficiency with 3D mapping and ablation technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute product installations and technical rollouts
- Develop training materials, presentations, and visual aids to support customer education and market growth
- Engage in ongoing customer relationship development with clinics and healthcare organizations
- Represent the technology at congresses, symposia, and workshops to promote clinical adoption
- Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives across business units to align clinical insights with strategic goals
- Coordinate territory planning and performance reviews with sales leadership
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering, medical technology, or a natural science, or equivalent technical training with cardiology experience
- At least 2 years of direct experience performing 3D mapping procedures
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in electrophysiology
- Strong technical aptitude with proven ability to explain complex clinical workflows
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
- Proficiency with standard PC applications and CRM platforms such as SFDC Lightning
- Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility and service orientation
- Friendly, collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Full vaccination status in accordance with local requirements

- Active certification from NASPE or IBHRE
