Responsibilities
- Create, build, and continuously refine test automation frameworks for mission-critical systems
- Build, sustain, and run automated functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing procedures
- Organize, structure, and carry out performance and load testing using standard tools such as Apache JMeter and Azure Load Testing
- Embed automated tests into build, deployment, and CI/CD workflows to ensure consistent and reliable execution through quality gates and controlled environments
- Formulate and maintain test strategies, plans, and concepts in line with recognized standards like ISTQB and ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119
- Establish and manage metrics and KPIs to assess, track, and enhance test coverage, defect identification, and overall product quality
- Oversee test data management and ensure reliable setup of test environments, including those based on containers like Docker and Kubernetes
- Support ongoing enhancement of testing practices within a DevSecOps framework, including shift-left approaches and integration into development cycles
- Work collaboratively within a Scrum-based agile team, maintaining close alignment with client stakeholders
