Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and continuously improving test strategies for functional and non-functional requirements
- Developing and maintaining automated tests for UI, APIs, and backend systems
- Planning, executing, and documenting manual and automated tests throughout the development lifecycle
- Integrating and optimizing test pipelines within CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Identifying, analyzing, and tracking defects in close collaboration with development teams
- Contributing to code reviews with a focus on testability, quality, and best practices
- Selecting, introducing, and evolving modern test frameworks and tools
- Monitoring test results and quality metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as development, product, and regulatory
- Driving improvements in testing processes and quality assurance practices in line with a DevOps mindset
