Responsibilities
- Design and sustain advanced integration, functional, and non-functional test solutions and automation frameworks across multiple teams to uphold end-to-end quality for software used in Government, Financial Services, and diverse industry sectors.
- Oversee and evolve the delivery pipeline, covering test automation infrastructure, build systems, testing environments, and security protocols.
- Lead validation of system behavior through execution of sophisticated automated and manual test procedures, interpret outcomes, and deliver actionable insights; manage performance indicators, defect tracking, test scenarios, and test reporting.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on testing challenges and emerging trends; offer strategic guidance using deep domain knowledge and industry best practices; evaluate and integrate improved testing tools and automation approaches.
- Guide team-wide standards, workflows, and ceremonies such as planning, effort estimation, peer reviews, and test strategy; evaluate business impact and value of software modifications during test automation design and assist in backlog prioritization.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to team members; investigate complex escalated issues from production and software environments to maintain application reliability.
