About the Role
This role leads sales execution and clinical engagement for a robotic system used in urological procedures, focusing on building relationships with key accounts and achieving revenue targets in a defined region.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for a robotic medical device within the Orlando and surrounding regions
- Identify and engage urologists and healthcare facilities for product adoption
- Conduct clinical demonstrations and in-service training for medical staff
- Collaborate with marketing to develop localized promotional strategies
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
- Support reimbursement teams in navigating insurance and coding processes
- Attend regional medical conferences and trade shows
- Monitor competitive activity and report market trends
- Coordinate with clinical specialists during procedure planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Manage contract negotiations with group purchasing organizations
- Build relationships with hospital administrators and procurement departments
- Track inventory and coordinate logistics for device deployment
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback
- Deliver product presentations to multidisciplinary medical teams
- Work cross-functionally with medical affairs and training departments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of urological treatments and technologies
- Execute territory business plans aligned with national strategy
- Report on key performance metrics to regional leadership
- Support onboarding of new team members in the region
