Responsibilities
- Act as a technical specialist for RingCentral and NICE CXone, covering system design, call flow management, and advanced configuration settings.
- Lead initiatives for platform improvements, version upgrades, and system migrations with a focus on maintaining continuous service operations.
- Create and update technical documentation, system architecture visuals, and operational support guides.
- Develop and manage API integrations connecting RingCentral, NICE CXone, and Salesforce, including custom RESTful services, SOQL-driven data queries, automation workflows, and event-based integration models.
- Design, deploy, and refine IVR systems using NICE CXone Studio/Designer, including new implementations and updates to current systems with JavaScript-based logic.
- Continuously refine IVR and call routing workflows to increase self-service usage, reduce call volume, and enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across telephony systems, contact center platforms, CRM integrations, and end-to-end customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with business units, CRM administrators, software developers, and infrastructure and operations teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Support Twilio and SendGrid platforms through development of custom functions, audit of phone numbers and webhook configurations, management of subaccounts and role-based access controls, and resolution of service-related issues.
