Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical position, such as Technical Support, Solutions Engineer, or Software Engineer, at a cloud and/or SaaS provider.
- Practical experience in web application development, preferably full-stack using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Node.js, etc).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
- Customer-focused approach with patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and common cloud services.
- Deep understanding of developer workflows, including version control, CI/CD, package managers, API integrations, and frameworks.
- Proficient in debugging code, reviewing logs, and testing APIs.
Nice to Have
- Experience in building or deploying applications on Cloudflare Workers.
- Understanding of distributed systems and serverless architecture.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience contributing to open source or engaging with developer communities.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or GCP Cloud Architect.
- Knowledge of developer tooling and relevant frameworks.
Compensation
Eligible to earn incentive compensation under the company’s Sales Compensation Plan. The estimated annual salary range includes the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role under the Sales Compensation Plan.
