Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, implementation, and success outcomes for a portfolio of 10 to 20 clients, spanning from pre-sales engagement through renewal cycles.
- Lead deployment strategy and execution across assigned accounts, including project scoping, planning, kickoffs, use case definition, and coordination of internal and external delivery teams.
- Identify, track, and resolve risks and blockers during active implementations to prevent delays or negative impacts on project goals.
- Use AI-enhanced monitoring tools to assess account health and proactively engage customers to boost product adoption, ensure renewals, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
- Promote platform adoption through live collaboration sessions, uncovering new use cases and demonstrating emerging features that support customer growth objectives.
- Create and maintain customer success plans aligned with business goals, monitoring progress and risks from onboarding to renewal.
- Design and present executive-level business reviews that link platform usage to tangible business results, positioning adoption as a driver for renewal and expansion.
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract renewals and upsell opportunities by building value narratives, supporting internal advocates, and identifying expansion potential.
- Represent customer needs internally by sharing product feedback, market insights, and strategic priorities to influence product development and service delivery.
- Refine operational efficiency by creating standardized processes, sharing proven strategies across the team, and identifying scalable methods to improve customer outcomes.
