Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts with a strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience, compliance, and recruitment best practices.
- Provide consistent guidance and communication to hiring managers and interview teams throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Prepare hiring leads to evaluate resumes and identify qualified candidates for interviews.
- Coach interviewers on effective recruitment practices and support them during debriefs and decision-making stages.
- Analyze and report recruitment metrics accurately and on time to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date job postings, candidate records, and hiring statuses in the Applicant Tracking System and shared spreadsheets for leadership visibility.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies and experiments to attract high-caliber technical talent.
- Build diverse applicant pools for open roles to support inclusive hiring goals.
- Develop and execute a strategy for early-career talent, including partnerships with academic institutions and military transition programs.
- Establish relationships with universities, student groups, and career centers to enhance long-term talent pipelines.
- Represent the company at campus events, career fairs, and networking functions, including travel as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote job openings and employer branding across social media and job platforms.
- Contribute to the development of content for the company’s Careers website.
- Manage end-to-end candidate communication and engagement from application through final hiring decision.
- Support candidates during virtual interviews by providing technical assistance and timely check-ins.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Handle post-offer communications, including offer delivery, negotiation, and follow-up discussions.
- Clearly articulate the full benefits package to prospective hires in a confident and compelling manner.
- Recruit at in-person industry events and conferences, with occasional travel required despite the remote nature of the role.
- Gather feedback from new hires to identify opportunities for improving the recruitment process.
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
