Responsibilities
- Shape the technical storytelling for AI connectivity offerings, crafting positioning and messaging that speaks directly to AI platform engineers, architects, and enterprise decision-makers.
- Gain in-depth, hands-on expertise in the AI product suite, mastering core technologies, protocols like REST and MCP, and AI patterns such as RAG and multi-agent systems.
- Produce and maintain technical assets including white papers, solution briefs, demo scripts, battlecards, and keynote narratives that highlight product differentiation.
- Serve as a recognized voice in AI infrastructure and API management, representing the company in analyst sessions, conferences, and customer advisory forums.
- Inform product roadmap decisions by integrating market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into strategic planning.
- Collaborate with field enablement to create sales tools, pitch strategies, and competitive frameworks that empower sales teams in AI-focused deals.
- Lead the market education effort around 'AI Connectivity' and the 'full AI data path,' advocating for unified platforms over isolated solutions.
- Partner with demand generation and content teams to design campaigns that drive pipeline within AI-targeted customer segments.
- Track competitive activity among AI gateway, API management, and agentic tooling providers, developing effective counter-messaging and win/loss insights.
