Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements
- Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value
- Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product
- Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions
- Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Organize testing and feedback loops
Requirements
- Own the full lifecycle of a crypto wallet product used at global scale
- Set the roadmap, drive every sprint, and be the primary decision-maker for engineers, designers, and stakeholders
- Read every ticket, track every dependency, ask critical questions early, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Build products that ship to real users, move markets, and reflect personal ownership from concept to production
- Excellent English communication skills
