Guidehealth is hiring a Senior Technical Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for internal and external stakeholders during onboarding and implementation phases.
  • Lead, organize, and carry out data and technology integration initiatives, including EMR connections, third-party integrations, data extractions, API setups, and SFTP data exchanges.
  • Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams, develop data flow models, and oversee integration timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Convert clinical and operational needs into functional technical setups and process workflows.
  • Develop and keep current documentation for integrations, including technical blueprints, process maps, implementation manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct data quality assurance and validation using automated scripts and manual review to verify format, completeness, and correctness.
  • Diagnose and resolve integration problems, collaborating with engineering teams, vendors, or client representatives as necessary.
  • Oversee go-live planning, deployment, system upkeep, and provide ongoing support after implementation.
