About the Role
Orchestrate the successful delivery of complex mobile programs by managing cross-team dependencies, execution planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across technical domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of key mobile projects on iOS and Android platforms
- Coordinate efforts between mobile, backend, and platform engineering groups
- Develop detailed execution strategies, timelines, and dependency maps
- Identify, track, and resolve risks, obstacles, and escalation points
- Foster alignment among technical teams and business stakeholders
- Manage interdependencies across multiple technical domains affecting delivery timelines
- Ensure transparent communication and consistent progress tracking
- Monitor advancement relative to defined milestones and delivery goals
- Verify preparation and compliance for iOS and Android app releases
- Uphold quality benchmarks and standardized release procedures
- Synchronize mobile delivery efforts with strategic business priorities
- Detect limitations in team capacity and sequencing risks in delivery pipelines
- Contribute to planning cycles and support initiative prioritization discussions
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in large-scale mobile application architecture or technical leadership roles
- Project management certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master, or experience as an Agile Coach

- Lead end-to-end delivery of critical mobile initiatives across iOS and Android; Coordinate across mobile, backend, and platform teams; Define execution plans, milestones, and dependencies; Manage risks, blockers, and escalations.
- Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders; Manage cross-domain dependencies impacting delivery; Ensure consistent communication and execution tracking.
- Track progress against milestones and delivery targets; Ensure readiness for mobile releases across iOS and Android; Support consistent quality and release standards.
- Align mobile delivery with prioritized initiatives; Identify capacity constraints and sequencing risks; Support planning cycles and prioritization discussions.
iii. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / 知识、技能与能力
- Possess exceptional technical program management skills with the ability to handle complex technical delivery processes.
- Deep understanding of the development lifecycle and release mechanisms for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams in a matrix organization.
- Ability to identify technical bottlenecks and provide early risk warnings.
iv. Preferred / 优先录用
- Experience in large-scale mobile application architecture design or technical team management is preferred.
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) or experience as an Agile Coach are a plus.
v. Equipment Knowledge / 必备知识
- Proficiency in project management and delivery tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with mobile CI/CD tools and automation testing frameworks.
vi. Experience Requirements / 工作经验要求
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering delivery.
- Strong experience delivering mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
- Proven experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams.
vii. Education Requirements / 教育背景要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
