About the Role
This role involves leading the configuration and customization of Power Platform applications, providing technical expertise during implementations, and guiding clients through solution adoption while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop custom workflows and automation using Power Automate
- Configure and maintain Common Data Service environments
- Provide technical guidance during project delivery phases
- Support data integration between Power Platform and external systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Assist in testing and quality assurance of developed solutions
- Document technical designs and solution architectures
- Mentor junior consultants on platform capabilities and development techniques
- Participate in client workshops and requirement sessions
- Deliver training to end users and support teams
- Ensure solutions comply with security and governance policies
- Optimize performance of Power Platform applications
- Stay current with platform updates and new features
- Contribute to reusable assets and accelerators
- Work with administrators to manage environments and permissions
- Support deployment processes across multiple environments
- Collaborate with architects to align solutions with overall IT strategy
