- Be part of something exciting — Twisto is growing in Europe, and your work will directly contribute to that journey
What the role is about
This role is for someone who wants to combine strong backend engineering with technical leadership. You’ll stay close to the code, help shape how things are built, and work closely with engineers, product, and business partners to move ideas into production. This is the role focused on the technical quality of the team’s work, architecture, delivery decisions, and long-term health of the systems your team owns.
How we work
We work closely across engineering, product, analytics, and business. Requirements are often shaped together, so it helps to enjoy asking questions, challenging assumptions, and finding better ways forward. We work in 2-week sprints, use Slack for most communication, and meet regularly to plan, review, and solve problems together. As a Tech Lead, you’ll help create technical alignment inside your team and across the wider engineering group.
Tech stack
Python, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Grafana, and related tooling.
