Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive testing initiatives to confirm full requirement fulfillment and ensure the safe, responsible operation of autonomous systems.
- Collaborate across disciplines to create innovative verification and validation approaches for both hardware and software components of an autonomous delivery robot, using simulation, HIL, and real-world testing.
- Plan and coordinate vehicle-level testing logistics, working closely with hardware, firmware, and autonomy teams.
- Ensure clear traceability from system requirements to test cases and final test outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build detailed simulations and structured test protocols.
- Diagnose and resolve field issues, identifying root causes within specific subsystems.
- Analyze test data and generate reports, while building automated tools to improve data extraction, analysis, and reporting efficiency.
