The Bancorp is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer - Infrastructure (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise infrastructure including Windows Server, VMware virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Enhance identity, security, and resiliency across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra using modern authentication technologies, infrastructure hardening, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Advance automation with PowerShell and emerging technologies, and collaborate with development teams on DevOps practices to ensure reliable application delivery.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience supporting and improving enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server.
  • Experience working in hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with modern identity and authentication technologies.
  • Passion for automation, security, and continuous improvement.
